Not a Member? When registering two or more persons, consider joining ACIP to realize a substantial savings. ACIP membership is available to organizations that have at least 500 employees (worldwide). Annual membership dues are per employer at the rate of $990 and cover all in-house professionals involved in immigration and mobility matters. Congressional Advocacy Day ACIP members may participate in Advocacy Day activities at no charge; $50 for non-members. IMPORTANT: Advocacy Day Activities conflict with Immigration Essentials. If you plan to attend Essentials, please do not register for Advocacy Day.

Guests Family and friends are welcome to attend the evening social events. Guest tickets are available at an additional cost of $150/person and may be purchased on-site.

Materials All attendees will be provided with conference materials on a USB/flash drive. Conference books (printed materials) can be provided for an optional fee of $50.

Cancellation Policy Substitutions for persons originally registered will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Written cancellations prior to April 1, 2012 will incur a cancellation penalty of $250, and refund of the balance of payment will be made by check within 4-6 weeks. Cancellations received between April 1, 2012 and May 1, 2012 will be subject to a fee of $500. No cancellation requests will be accepted after May 1, 2012.
